Collaborating on award-winning tender projects to secure large contracts, including creative commissioning, supplier negotiation and complex technical response writing achieving 100% on each written submission.

Devising, delivering and supervising large scale training programmes resulting in fully-skilled workforce of 500+.

Fostering a cohesive working culture through mentoring and coaching techniques; championing team members to maximise their potential, while exceeding event service delivery expectations.
