An extremely experienced BAFTA, Broadcast and RTS Award-winning Show Runner/Executive Producer who has created and executed formats that have sold worldwide. Winner of the BAFTA Children’s Awards for Best Comedy and Best Entertainment show, 2019.
I’m a hands-on Exec who’s experienced in taking a show from the initial idea through development, pitching, production and final delivery. I’m used to running teams of all sizes, working closely with commissioners, agents and talent, and working with budgets and schedules ranging from the lavish to the tiny. I’ve recently remade Sexy Beasts for Netflix, which meant running a Transatlantic Dating show in the middle of a Global pandemic.
In addition to working with Netflix, I’ve served as Show Runner on series for all the major broadcasters in the UK, including live shows, studio shows, behemoths like Big Brother and ambitious location-based shows such as The Games, Soccer Aid and Playing It Straight. I’ve also overseen (and written for) award-winning sketch comedy shows (Horrible Histories), Ents shows (Officially Amazing), and even Drama (When Bowie Met Bolan, starring Jack Whitehall, Luke Treadaway, and Adrian Edmondson, Sky Arts).
