My name is Truong Hong Hieu but you people also call me Holden.
I have recently graduated in BA Film (Honours) from Middlesex University in London with the ambition of becoming a director or screenwriter one day. I am currently looking for a Runner / Production Assistant role that will allow me to support productions in various capacities, allowing me to gain more knowledge and experience in the industry.
As for my current experience, I have been recently a Production Runner on a trailer shoot for an independent feature film. I have also helped out on a couple of advertisements or amateur short films, as well as student projects during my studies. I have also had a few relevant jobs in Stewarding (at conventions), Security or Logistics as well as also working as a Background Artist on various productions. I also know the basics in operating some cameras (mostly Canon) or using editing software (Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas and I am learning in DaVinci Resolve at the moment). I am also really confident in using social media, MS Office and I can type fast (over 93 WPM) and I would say I am generally strong when it comes to computers.
I have also worked under pressure or stressful situations many times before. I also like to think of myself as fast-learning, adaptive, flexible, resourceful and passionate. Overall I have great time availability and I do not mind working overtime either.
I would love to contribute to the production, to learn new things, to gain experience in a new environment and to meet great people.
