I have a BSC (Honours) Degree in Digital Television Technology and
have also spent 4 years working for B&Q initially as a Customer Sales
Assistant working my way up to Team Leader/Trading Manager.
Studying and working in a customer-facing role through the COVID-19
pandemic was a unique challenge highlighting both my resilience and
perseverance to succeed and deliver.
I am keen to secure a full-time role, preferably working as part of a team
where hopefully I can use some of the skills I acquired as part of my
degree.
I am hardworking and equipped with an understanding of audio-visual
work and have good troubleshooting abilities specialising in transmission
and play-out systems, again skills learnt whilst at University. I strive to
deliver quality results in all tasks I undertake.
I have experience in retail as a store manager/supervisor. I also have
exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and I am
equally efficient in daily planning and organising smooth-running shop
