Riley Rheyan attended the award winning Vancouver Film School in 2011 in Vancouver, Canada, after graduating high-school with an arts bursary. After Film School she founded her first production company whose indie short films and scripts have earned numerous laurels in festivals.
Riley has worked in union film as a producer / writer / director assistant in Vancouver, Canada (AKA Hollywood North) on mostly US productions. She has worked with some amazing industry mentors including Bill Johnson (I love You Man, Producer) and Cinco Paul (Despicable Me, Writer).
Riley wrote a short film entitled Cherry Blossoms in March, which won over 11 laurels and is currently in the festival circuit. Her script Bleed won the worldwide Raindance 3-2-1 screenplay competition 2020, with a debut screening in London in 2021. She is currently in post-production with her next short Edge of The Forest, with a goal to launch her Director's Demo Reel.
In March of 2023 Riley moved from Canada to the UK to further pursue her career in Film & TV.
