We're looking for a Sales Planning & Content Manager to join us on a 9 Month contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build relationships with various production entities/studios to track current and future projects
  • Take ownership in managing the Sky Studios Unscripted, International Real Housewives franchise, plus provide operational support to Kids & Family and UPCG product lines
  • Create various reports for TV Distribution with comprehensive information on projects to sales, marketing, administration, legal, distribution and finance
  • Work with Head of Sales and Head of Global Content Strategy on Global priorities and Sales solutions materials
  • Collaborate with marketing team in preparation of sales materials (catalogs, sell-sheets for example) for sales team & client use
  • Product management – work closely with all teams in TVD plus producers and labs, to make sure all the key steps of distribution are hit for each title and the flow of information around timings and strategies is timely and precise 
  • Conceive and execute promotions of packages of unscripted titles, in collaboration with the Head of Unscripted, plus marketing teams in order to drive sales
  • Assist sales team in pitching content to customers when required -sharing depth of knowledge of themes, storylines, key selling points and characters
  • Ensure our screening platform NBCUView is up to date with latest screeners and reflecting priority titles in each section
  • Provide timely updates to TVD group on new titles, production and broadcast information.
  • Ad-hoc support for the Director of Content Management on presentations and further promotional initiatives
  • Keep the TV sales system, SAFE, updated with synopses, cast, genres, budget, TX information
  • Read scripts/watch screening material and write coverage/presentations when necessary.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Excellent attention to detail and precise recording of key information
  • Creative flare and aptitude for creating promotions for clients using most appropriate marketing tools for each case
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in public speaking
  • Ability to read, interpret and analyse scripts
  • Excellent written and spoken English with an aptitude for compelling copy writing
  • Skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word with appreciation of graphic design a bonus.
