Cameraworks is a leading camera & lighting facilities rental house in the heart of Shoreditch. We facilitate films, commercials & music videos.

We have an opportunity for a full time Bookings Coordinator to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, both existing and prospective
  • Working with clients to determine the technical needs of their wide range of productions, both small and large in scale
  • Coordinating the high quality fulfilment of orders by liaising with technical and transport personnel to ensure clients needs are met
  • Overseeing and approving web-orders from our new e-commerce website
  • Having an in-depth and expanding knowledge and understanding of the companies equipment stock, in order to offer advice to clients regarding solutions or alternative options
  • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers including other rental company clients
  • Assisting prospective clients in opening accounts with the company in a manner which complies with the companies internal security guidelines and procedures
  • Playing a key role in providing consistently excellent customer service to our clients on behalf of the company.

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience in a camera and lighting rental company, whether that be clerical or technical experience.

The ideal candidate will also ideally have good basic knowledge and awareness of camera and lighting equipment, and a willingness to expand this knowledge as the company continues to invest in new equipment for its clients.

As we are likely to receive applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, the salary is being advertised as negotiable depending on experience and employment history to date.
