A Bit About The Role

We are slooking for a seasoned Sales Engineer Leader or customer facing Solution Architect with a strong background in solution architecture and customer engagement within the media industry,  to lead and develop our Pre-Sales team. This leadership role involves not just crafting and delivering technical solutions but also working closely with a virtual team of experts, our product team, and engineering specialists. If you have a deep understanding of TV advertising – both traditional and Connected TV (CTV) – and experience working with broadcasters and cable companies, we'd love to speak with you.

 

  • Engage with potential customers in the media industry, especially broadcasters and cable companies, to grasp their technical requirements and challenges related to TV advertising solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate with a virtual team of experts to design world-class technical proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams, leveraging their expertise to comprehend potential limitations and estimate the size & cost of feature gaps.
  • Design and propose solutions that integrate seamlessly with the client's existing infrastructure and our product offerings.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the customer acquisition process.
  • Convert intricate technical concepts into coherent, concise presentations suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Write meticulous technical proposals, ensuring clarity and relevance for each prospective client.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in traditional and CTV advertising.
  • Present product demos and technical workshops to customers.
  • Address technical concerns of potential clients promptly and comprehensively.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their continued success with our solutions.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferable.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales engineering or solution architecture within the media and advertising industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of TV advertising technologies, both traditional and CTV.
  • Proven experience working with broadcasters and cable TV companies.
  • Ability to produce detailed, persuasive technical proposals.
  • Aptitude for analytical and problem-solving tasks.
  • Adept at presentations, with a knack for engaging a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and company events.
  • Experience in a leadership role, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
