Job Description
We are looking for an IT Collaboration & Enterprise Platform Engineer (Senior) to be included in the Digital Workplace and Enterprise Tools activities, in Group Enterprise Technology Services who will governance and supervision the operation and the service level of the enterprise office systems.
IT Collaboration & Enterprise Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and managing every Digital Workplace technology are needed for the employee’s personal productivity.

- Active Directory
- Microsoft Certification Authority
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Office 365
- Azure AD (Entra ID)
- SharePoint online
- Exchange Online
- Teams Administration
- OneDrive Administration
- Security & Compliance
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Infrastructure and application Monitoring (SCOM)
- Infrastructure and application patching
- User management system
Responsibilities
- Manage the on-premise office infrastructure (e.g. Active directory, ADFS, DFS)
- Manage in cloud office system platform (e.g. office 365)
- Manage and monitor Service level of Office System
- Management and implementation of Office System tools
- Participation in meetings to meet requirements by collecting and sharing solutions ensuring compliance with standards.
- Preparation and participation in the SLA review meeting with suppliers
- Verification of deliverables
- Management of issues
- Support for users
- Incident and change management
- Asset management
Requisiti:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant management experience in ITIL processes v.3 2011;
- Microsoft MCSE certification
- Excellent planning skills and ability to work for goals with passion for results;
- Good ability to analyze complex and synthetic systems, problem solving and logical and schematic approach;
- Excellent ability to work in team and resource management, predisposition to interpersonal relationships, flexibility and proactivity;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Fluent knowledge in English written and verbal
