MARKETING & COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist with 6-7 years of experience within Marketing positions to join the MainStreaming Marketing team in Milan. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will assist the team in developing and implementing PR plans, managing social and digital media platforms, build customer success stories, preparing analytics reports and drafting content for online and offline use.

The ideal candidate has a strong experience in B2B marketing, having solid communications skills, good project management capabilities as well as appetite for digital content creation (press releases, social assets, case studies). Should also have strong cross group collaboration skills and be hands-on and action oriented with a passion for demand generation and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online campaigns: support development and executing of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, PR, social media, email, and media advertising. Use HubSpot to set up, manage ana analyse integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Content localization: localize engaging business content aligned with MainStreaming brand messaging and marketing objectives. Create unique Tech content, with clear narratives, for the sales team, partners, prospects and customers.
  • Social Media: drive social media engagement across the International team and ensure local social media channels are leveraged across our integrated campaigns.
  • Close cooperation with the commercial team: gathering feedback and responding to the business needs within marketing efforts.

Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
  • Experience (+4 years) in the B2B marketing and communication, ideally in the SaaS B2B field. Tech experience in media or telco is a plus
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills in English
  • Experience in building sales and tech content and communicate them to a wide range of audiences
  • Proven experience in PR and Marketing with a focus on digital and social media
  • Skilled at using Marketing automation tool (HubSpot) and Project Management tool (Asana)
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a global fast-paced environment is essential
