What You'll Do 

  • Take charge of office organization and daily operations. 

  • Supervise facility management, including contract negotiation and coordination of service providers (cleaning staff, maintenance, canteen, etc.). 

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external office-related matters (maintenance, mailing, cleaning, procurement, finance, and other suppliers). 

  • Manage office supplies by ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels from suppliers. 

  • Handle payment processing and invoice approvals, ensuring alignment with departmental budgets. 

  • Collaborate with the People & Communications teams to plan events, conferences, meetings, and other activities. 

  • Address employee queries related to office management, such as stationery, hardware, or others. 

  • Support the colleagues, communicating effectively to have all subjects up-to-date. 

 

What You'll Bring 

  • Solid experience in Office Management roles. 

  • Above 5 years of experience in a similar role. 

  • It will be considered a plus having +2 years working as an Office Manager in Software Houses or Digital Companies. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel). 

  • Ability to deliver work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to focus and deliver on several different projects simultaneously, managing stakeholders' expectations. 

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

  • C1/C2 English Level. 

  • A keen operational focus and keeping cool under pressure. 

  • Being a team player and passionate about our mission and goals.
