Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Broadcast Coordinator to be the point of contact for our Broadcast clients.


Join Globelynx as Broadcast Coordinator and you’ll work in a small, close knit team with a customer centric focus. Reporting straight into the Head of Broadcast Operations your role will be vital in making sure operations run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing …


  • Working in a small, close knit team with a customer centric focus 
  • Support bookings- Down the line live interviews, Pre-records and Video on demand 
  • Look after and guide broadcasters through the booking portal 
  • 1st line advice on technical queries
  • Conduct tests of cameras
  • Onboarding and training new clients on our camera, app and process 
  • Support our partnerships team 


Are you …? 


  • Resilient, comfortable and calm working under pressure?
  • An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills?
  • Keen to develop your career in the fast paced Broadcast Media industry?


Do you have …? 


  • Broadcast operations knowledge (NCR / MRC Network / Media Control role)
  • The Ability to adapt to new technology and develop testing and new procedures?
  • Excellent attention to detail?


It would also be useful to have …


  • Previously used CRMs
  • Editing Video on premier pro
  • Previously used Ticketing systems
  • Interest in News
