Full time Business Development Sales / Account Management

Job Description

The Sales Support Representative supports the Commercial organization by coordinating sales processes and processing orders. The Sales Support Representative works with Partners and direct Customers together with Account Managers to ensure they understand and follow our business policies and procedures, as well as working with multiple departments throughout the organization to drive and enable programs and processes that will deliver significant value to our partners, distributors, and customers.

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for partnering internal and external stakeholders to see that orders are processed successfully in accordance with established business practices.

  • Processing of orders, returns, and credits globally from our group mailbox, following ticketing system.
  • Ensure order accuracy for both customer satisfaction and team effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the fulfillment process with all departments to ensure smooth transactions, maintaining customer satisfaction end to end.
  • Work with Account Managers regarding orders, projects, reporting and Customer requests.
  • Work with internal departments for gathering info on Product, Partner Program, Certification and other.
  • Generate Reports related to Sales Support managed information based on RevOps and Sales Team needs.
  • Maintain Partner, Customer, and Contract data within CRM.
  • Works with Operations and Customer Support to aide Partners & Customers requesting Support.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Receives requests by telephone or email for price quotations/verifications, purchase orders, and changes or cancellations directly from Channel Partners.
  • Respond timely to customer inquiries/information needs and provides positive, courteous service to customers and Partners; answers questions regarding product line, prices, delivery times, warranty periods, customer service and credit/financing arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience with CRM and quotations applications, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a sales team environment is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be organized, and pay close attention to detail.
