Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of monthly and yearly financial reports, including consolidations for our branches in Germany and the USA.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial data management, along with diligent accounting and cash flow oversight.
• Collaborate closely with our CFO to develop and implement scalable, compliant financial processes.
• Work with external partners globally to ensure tax compliance.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting within a startup, medium-sized company, tax consultancy, or auditing firm.
• Familiarity with HGB and US-GAAP accounting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Fluent in German and English for effective communication within an international team.
