The Marketing Executive will support the brand proposition and campaign management for the Spanish market. You will work across the Marketing team to ensure the direction is clear and the marketing goals are accomplished. You will support communication and collaboration in regard to the key sports events, creative & content initiatives and alignment between designers, copies and the brand DAZN Bet.
You will work alongside the Spain Marketing Manager in order to fully understand DAZN Bet customer base and opportunity, building excellent relationships with DAZN departments and stakeholders to support the market roadmap that localises the DAZN Bet proposition to achieve the thrilling and ambitious targets.
You will manage key relationships with the DAZN marketing teams to ensure we have a clear understanding of the proposition and product offering, enabling findings to be translated into a clear integration for customers.
This role will be based in our Madrid office.

As our new Marketing Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across all Digital channels to help DAZN Bet achieve their Brand, Performance and Content Marketing objectives.
- Responsible for aligning an agreed marketing strategy and objectives for Spain DAZN integration, working on the market specific roadmap, driving the key propositions.
- Aligning and enhancing the creative proposition across the different channels (Social Media, Content & CRM Comms) in order to attract new customers.
- Helping and Supporting the Marketing Manager to build the Annual, Quarterly and Monthly market specific plans for the Sports and Gaming products.
- Work with Media Planners to define a media buying approach that drives brand recognition and brand salience.
- Work closely with DAZN Social Media teams to create and deliver sports & betting content whilst enhancing the betting experience.
- Understand regulations within the market to support in providing market guidance on advertising regulations, product & promotional restrictions.
- Build relationships with DAZN Bet departments and stakeholders, sharing clear direction on the market specific roadmap to help build a clear marketing roadmap aligning to overall strategy.
- Formulate SEO content that ensures consistency across channels and represents Spanish the market.
You'll have:
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience, gaming industry experience would be a plus
- Experience working in a B2C business
- Understand regulations in the Spanish market
- Passionate about the sports industry and sports ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English)
- Demonstrate good analytical skills
- Customer orientated to provide suitable service and products to satisfy customer requirements
