Who we are and what we do
 
Audinate leads the world in networked media with our "Dante" technology which is used extensively in professional audio & video applications, including live events, broadcast, entertainment venues and communication systems.  
  
Dante replaces all audio and video connections with a computer network, effortlessly sending video or hundreds of channels of audio over slender Ethernet cables with perfect digital fidelity. Adopted by hundreds of manufacturers in thousands of products, Dante is the de facto standard for modern AV connectivity.
 
You’ll find us in the largest companies and institutions like the Sydney Opera House, NFL Media Headquarters, Microsoft, major universities and even a 900-year old cathedral featured in Harry Potter.
 
About the role

As our Creative Services Manager you will lead the development and execution of all marketing creative materials from campaigns to social media, web, tradeshows and anywhere the Audinate brand goes. You’re the steward of the brand and our brand voice, setting us apart with the AV industry’s best design. Design that creates connection, engagement, and passion for what we do.
 
To be successful you’ll need to have deep knowledge design and the power of good design to grow a leading brand in a technical B2B environment. You’ll know how to make the technical human from a design perspective. You’ll be a creative storyteller through words and pictures.

 

In this role you will

  • Uphold a vision for high quality work with confidence as you collaborate with the marketing team and external partners
  • Manage the creative process for key projects from start to finish
  • Use your creative vision to help elevate the Audinate brand across all channels and media
  • Serve as the chief evangelist and steward for the company of the Audinate brand and voice
  • Lead design, both execution and management of marketing deliverables across all media including web, digital, video and 3D (tradeshows, swag, etc.)
  • Manage external creative partners including freelance designers, writers, producers, and agencies
  • Serve as the senior designer with an eye to build an internal creative services team as we grow

 

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience in corporate design and design management
  • Empathy with colleagues and partners and understand what they need to be successful
  • An ability to pitch ideas that are unique, focused and sometimes seem impossible. You can absorb a brief and strategic data, process it all, and come up with something high concept, smart, and inventive.
  • The know how to communicate ideas and complex concepts with ease minus the jargon
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including some copywriting skills; an ability to tell compelling stories
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Attention for details big and small with an appreciation for how much the small things matter
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • Ability to travel as required (approx. 10%)
