Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager – Demand Gen, the Regional Field Marketing Manager will become the marketing lead for their region. You are responsible for planning and executing multi-pronged regional marketing programs across several key industries in which Irdeto operates to help create awareness, generate leads and influence the customer journey. You will also support customer nurturing activities. The position requires someone who is quality driven, is extremely detail oriented and continually strives to improve effectiveness and results through measurement. The position will also require someone who is innovative, agile, positive, can work under pressure and keep a sense of humor. The ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people, understand their requirements and deliver actions and coordinate efforts across departments is essential.
You will work closely with the regional sales + partner teams, product management, and the greater marketing team to deliver effective marketing programs that meet corporate and regional objectives including helping accelerate customer adoption of Irdeto’s solutions, products and services. As Regional Marketing Manager, you will be the primary interface into the regional sales team and will develop and deliver regional marketing programs including but not limited to tradeshows, seminar events, direct mail, email blasts, webcasts, and podcasts, gifting and a number of digital initiatives. You will be part of the Global Marketing team, and will have access to confidential and sensitive information, which must be handled accordingly. Depending on the projects, you may be asked to take lead in projects broader than the Americas region, working with stakeholders in different regions.
This role could be based in either Ottawa or Denver and it is a remote or based position or based out of Ottawa office. You will often be required to be able to work outside standard office hours. Frequent travel will be required for regional field tactics as well as internal team meetings (Approximately 30%).
