Job Description

The Gaming Manager is responsible for delivering the DAZN Bet gaming proposition for the Market in which they have responsibility for. You will work with colleagues in market, as well the central execution teams to deliver a tailored gaming proposition for your jurisdiction.

This role will be based in our Madrid office.

As our new Gaming Manager - DAZN Bet, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Working closely with the Gaming Commercial Manager to help shape the overall strategy for your market, delivering for customers a unique proposition that stands out
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and changes, ensuring these are taken into consideration at every point of the customer journey
  • Work alongside the Marketing team & in country teams to produce and develop the ATL and direct acquisition proposition for Gaming
  • Working with partner companies on clear cross sell strategies, planning cross sell content launches
  • Monitor and analyse the competitive market to ensure the proposition and offering is at minimum equal to the key competitor set, reacting to competitor activity and development to be more appealing to existing and new customers
  • Working with the Brand & in country Marketing teams to ensure positioning of new and existing content is optimised and the customer journeys are robust
  • Manage fact driven approach to optimise gaming content positioning – using data as the primary tool to justify differing content approaches
  • Assist the promotional teams to develop and fulfil promotional offering to match customer needs and maximize value, whilst optimising spend
  • Working with the in country Gaming Manager to detect and prevent bonus abuse and optimise promotions RO
  • Monitor daily performance across a suite of commercial metrics (e.g. Actives, T/O, Bonus allocation etc etc), and deliver corrective action where necessary. Prepare and share trend analysis to share with senior management views on performance, at customer cohort, game, and gaming provider level

You'll have:

  • Previous experience working with games suppliers and running a gaming P&L
  • Great understanding of gaming product within various markets
  • Focus on the customer
  • Experience working in fast paced, dynamic businesses
  • Great attention to detail
  • Analytical and able to drive insight solutions
  • Excellent communicator on all levels
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
