The Manager of Project Management is responsible for leading a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of project plans, managing resources, ensuring quality assurance, and providing guidance to the team. The Manager will also be responsible for developing processes that support efficient and effective project management practices and he has the responsibility of guiding the development or operation activities on the SFDC platform, guaranteeing, through compliance with best practices, the quality, exercisability and scalability of the implementations
Leads a team of project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget; provide guidance, mentorship, and direction as needed.
Develops processes that support efficient and effective project management practices; ensure compliance with established standards.
Monitors progress against timelines; identify risks or issues that may impact delivery; develop mitigation strategies as necessary.
Manages resources across multiple projects; allocate resources effectively to maximise efficiency.
Ensures quality assurance throughout all stages of the project lifecycle; conduct regular reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Establishes clear communication channels between stakeholders at all levels (internal/external); facilitate meetings as needed to discuss progress or resolve issues.
Prepares reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to projects; present findings at internal meetings or external events when required.
Functional & Technical / Skills
He has good leadership skills. Has recent experience in software development and, preferably, in coordinating a development team, organizing its work and build, test and release tasks.
Preferably has experience working in teams located in different locations. In particular, it is an added value to have worked in software development offshoring contexts.

The working environment is very dynamic and the team uses an agile approach in the activities entrusted to it. The activities are distributed between the CRM IT B2B team, the OffShore Team in India and some suppliers. The Salesforce ORG being managed is of the latest concept, based on lighting and not very customised.
