The Position:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Integration and Systems Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and integrating a wide range of systems to improve our operational efficiencies, enhance user experience, and drive our automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration, database management, UI development, CRM management, automation, and business intelligence reporting. The candidate will also demonstrate skills needed to manage a small internal or external team of developers with experience of working within established project management boundaries. Experience of working within the post production industry is not necessary but the ability to work from first principles in order to solve problems that you may not have experienced before is. Experience or interest in AI and ML would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and manage end-to-end software solutions, including front-end interfaces
• Utilise advanced analytical skills to develop and support business intelligence reporting, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Designing and implementing API integrations to facilitate seamless data flow between various systems.
• Creating and managing databases, organizing data efficiently, and implementing searchable metadata.
• Managing and integrating CRM systems with other platforms to streamline operations and enhance customer relationships.
• Contribute to the development and integration of tracking systems, chatbots, and client portals to support business operations, improve customer interaction and monitor the performance and usage of integrated platforms.
• Grow and manage a small development team making full use of overseas developer opportunities

Knowledge and Experience:

• Solid experience in Development, evidenced by a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
• Expertise in front-end technologies, API development, and database management, with a proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Extensive experience with system integration, including UI development, CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and database management (relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB).
• Strong foundation in API design and development principles, with a keen understanding of best practices in creating scalable and robust systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Ability to use project management techniques to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a sharp attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
