What You’ll Do:
Collaboration: work closely with People Team and other stakeholders to understand analytical needs
Dashboard development: collaborate with People Team to design and create user-friendly dashboards that visualize key HR metrics and performance indicators (e.g. charts and graphs)
Data collections and analyses: gathering relevant data from Workday and other tools
Reporting: generate reports for HR to facilitate informed decision-making
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Sciences, or related field
Analytics skills with proficiency in data analyses in Excel
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to work collaborative in a team
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive data
C2 English Level
