Senior HR Operations Specialist

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations 
  • Analyze and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Support the payroll and fiscal processes 
  • Manage end-to-end the company flex benefits program 
  • Supervise the HR systems and tools to support the department and HR Ops 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement People initiatives, programs and policies that align with the overall business strategy   
  • Develop, improve, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and Sky guidelines 
  • Act as an adviser on HR-related topics, providing the needed support and resolution to the stakeholders and colleagues 
  • Compile and analyze HR data to generate regular reports and dashboards 

Your Skills and Experience: 

  • + 5 years of previous experience as HR Generalist/Specialist in People Operations 
  • + 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources  
  • High level of emotional intelligence as well as good communication, and conflict management skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with different stakeholders, leaders, and managers. 
  • A flexible approach that allows you to be successful in a fast-paced and highly changeable environment. 
  • Previous experience working for Digital, Internet, or Software companies in an international environment. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Human Resources or a similar area.  
  • C2 English Level
