Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Advisor (9mth FTC with immediate start)

What we do
C4 has a long-standing commitment to provide opportunities for people to start their careers in the media industry and we are passionate about removing the barriers that often exist to jobs in TV.

In 2019 we opened our new National HQ in Leeds, alongside Creative Hubs in Bristol and Glasgow.  In 2020 we launched ‘4Skills’, a new training and development initiative which brings together and builds upon C4’s existing talent schemes and initiatives to increase impact. The programmes run by 4Skills aim to attract people from diverse backgrounds into broadcasting and production, address skills gaps and help those who are already in the industry to progress their careers.

This 9mth maternity cover role sits within the People Team and will manage the C4 Apprenticeship and Internship programmes and new initiatives that support our ‘4Skills’ programme, alongside recruiting for C4 roles in a variety of departments.

The wider People Team function supports the 3 business areas within the channel (Creative, Commercial, Operations) and the TA Advisor will work with each of these areas across all C4 locations.
