To strengthen our world class Global IT team we are now looking for an ambitions and committed new team member in our Global IT Support Team. Here you will be part of our IT first- and second level support team in a global company and you will also be responsible for the local IT infrastructure in our Stockholm office. About the Job

  • Actively working in IT support, take full responsibility of tickets including administrative tasks ensuring timely resolution of tickets and effectively restoring services.
  • Responsible for the local IT network in our Stockholm office, including basic network tasks like patching, troubleshooting and configuring MFP printers
  • Responsible for all local computers and the meeting room equipment.
  • Together with R&D Infrastructure team, responsible for our local datacenter, including setting up new servers, basic server administration, setting permissions, manage the UPS system
  • Responsible for internal IT hardware requests, procurement, and inventory management (for our employees, not for our customers)
  • Responsible for re-imaging computers and delivering standardized image to employees
  • Perform onboarding trainings with our employees
  • Manage local support and maintenance contracts, manage local contractors

Requirements

5-10 years’ experience in IT support

  • Knowledge in Active Directory/Entra and Azure Administration
  • Good knowledge in Windows client operating systems and applications
  • Good knowledge in Windows server operating systems and VMWare vSphere
  • Good knowledge in handling Backup and Restore
  • Good knowledge in setting up laptops, workstations and servers
  • Experience in Network and Security administration

You need to have strong communications and collaborations skills and be able to documenting solutions and contributing to continuous improvements.

As we are a global company you also need to have good knowledge speaking and writing in English.
