About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized VFX Line Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, and execution of visual effects (VFX) projects. As a VFX Line Producer, you will collaborate with various departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to deliver high-quality visual effects on time and within budget.

Location: UK/Europe Remote

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and scope of VFX requirements for each project.
  • Work closely with producers, VFX supervisors, and key department stakeholders to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Help establish project planning and workflows using AI and neural network technologies.
• Resource Allocation:
  • Coordinate with various departments, including VFX artists and product development managers, to allocate resources effectively and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Evaluate and identify potential risks and challenges that may impact resource allocation and propose solutions to mitigate these issues.
• Scheduling:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, outlining key milestones and deadlines for eah phase of the VFX production process.
  • Communicate project timelines to the production team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the schedule.
  • Help manage and coordinate AI Research and Development tasks within the creative team based on Company priorities driving innovation.
• Quality Control:
  • Collaborate with VFX supervisors and artists to address any issues or revisions required throughout the production process.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication between various departments, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
  • Act as a liaison between the production team and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and partnership.
• Other
  • Ad hoc duties may be expected to support the overall production process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a VFX Line Producer or similar role in the entertainment industry
• In-depth knowledge of visual effects production processes, software, and technologies.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage remote teams
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible on time zone and responsibilities
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for project management and scheduling. (ie, Shotgrid)
