About The Role:

We're looking for experienced Facial Animators to join the Metaphysic team working across a variety of high profile film and entertainment projects producing cutting edge hyperreal synthetic facial performances. Neural animation is the next evolution of animation where we directly affect the output of our AI models via animatable neural rigs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Animation and VFX supervision
• Animate facial performance using cutting edge neural rigs
• Collaborate with the AI team on improvements with a critical eye for facial performance and likeness
• Continue to become familiar with new tools, software, data and other related technologies
• Drive to push boundaries in the AI space for VFX
• Requires an excellent understanding of realistic facial performance and at least 5 years of film VFX work
• Good team player and communicator
