Position Summary:

Deluxe is seeking a strong Japanese SDH QA Specialist to ensure the accuracy of Japanese SDH for our client's projects.  This is a fast-paced role and will require an individual with SDH creating or reviewing experience.

Main Duties:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create Japanese SDH or conduct Japanese SDH reviews for client content
• Ensure client guidelines are followed
• Follow appropriate escalation of any issues to be resolved
• Seek to understand and correct any transcription uncertainty
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:

• Extensive experience in creating and/or reviewing Japanese SDH
• Outstanding Japanese language skills, both written and oral
• Must be organized, diligent, and detail-oriented
• Can apply good judgement and research when faced with ambiguous situations
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
• Ability to work some extended/flexible hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines
• Can quickly adapt to workflow changes and guideline updates
• Strong collaboration skills to ensure success across the team
• Ability to work independently
• University degree or equivalent professional experience in creating and/or reviewing Japanese SDH
