Sky Italia ricerca per la sua sede di Milano, una figura da inserire in stage per la durata di 6 mesi. La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team di Interaction Journey Design e supporterà il team nella definizione, costruzione e manutenzione dei journey Transcom multicanale, per i clienti della customer base e per i prospect, lavorando a stretto contatto con Transcom Product Owner.
Le principali attività:
Manutenzione e Prioritizzazione del product backlog e Gestione progetti di Interaction Journey Design;
Supporto nella governance delle cerimonie agile (secondo i framework Scrum e Kanban);
Gestione delle relazioni con gli stakeholder (Customer Journey Design, IT e Dev Team, Quality Assurance) coinvolti nel processo di design, sviluppo e delivery delle comunicazioni;
I requisiti:
Laurea in Informatica/Design dell’esperienza Utente/Ingegneria gestionale, Marketing e Comunicazione
Ottimo spirito di team working;
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Power Point, Excel...);
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Curiosità/Passione per il mondo dei Dati e per il Cliente;
Passione per le modalità di lavoro in Agile;
