Marketing Team Lead


Position Summary:

The Localization Producer of Marketing Assets plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the localization and adaptation of advertising campaigns for our theatrical releases and streaming short-form content across international markets. This individual will ensure that all marketing materials are culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and aligned with our clients brand voice, while meeting the strategic goals and timelines of global campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the localization process for marketing assets, including trailers, posters, digital content, and promotional materials, ensuring they are adapted appropriately for different international markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as operations, creative, legal, and production) and external partners (including translators, dubbing studios, and cultural consultants where necessary) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring the timely completion of high-quality localized content.
  • Develop and implement localization strategies that align with the clients's global marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Review and approve localized marketing assets, ensuring they meet quality standards and are culturally and linguistically accurate.
  • Facilitate communication and provide clear direction to all stakeholders involved in the localization process.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and cultural nuances to make informed decisions about content adaptation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the localization process, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in localization, international marketing, or a related field, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a cross-functional and international team environment.
  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances and linguistic considerations in key international markets.
  • Familiarity with the creative production process and experience working with creative assets.
  • Familiarity with the production elements of localization (subtitling, GFX localization, dubbing, audio, online editorial / mastering).
  • Proficiency in Korean and English necessary.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
