The Role:

The Irdeto Connected Health team is looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive sales within the Medical Devices Industry. You will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with Irdeto's solutions and coordinating customer needs with the Connected Health Engineering team. The nature of the role involves communication across various business functions, organizational levels (including C-level) and technology departments. Creativity, initiative and the ability to work effectively within a growing team are critical. 


Your mission at Irdeto:

  • Manage Sales Pipelines.
  • Expand existing accounts. 
  • Increase new business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation/execution to delivery handoff.
  • Analyze and relate customer's needs to Irdeto's value propositions/solutions. 
  • Represent the company at industry associations and events.
  • Report and maintain opportunities, notes, contact, and accounts via Irdeto's CRM. 


How you can add value to the team?

  • 3+ years' experience in a quota-carrying role at a Medical Device or MedTech company.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills. 
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills with VP or C-Level.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment.​​​​​​​
