The Role

We are seeking a Paid Media Manager with 2-3 years of digital media experience, specifically in campaign management. You would be managing one Paid Media Executive, overseeing internal and client paid media campaigns and be responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of global campaigns using Google AdWords. This involves:

  • Ensuring all campaigns spend according to the media plan, and all campaigns are performing according to, if not above expectations by running frequent testing and optimisations.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the client for a sustainable and synergetic partnership through scheduled feedback and reporting on live campaigns, as well as advice on new effective technologies.
  • Utilising the in-house resources to create a premium experience for clients from the pre-sale to the reporting stages of each campaign, involving the channel managers, data analysts and creative teams where relevant.
  • Develop innovative and creative methods to target and optimise our paid media ads within the limitations of data regulation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and innovations, implementing and testing new tools where possible, utilising data on macro trends to keep our placements list freshed.
  • Deliver regular reports & analysis to clients & internal stakeholders, showing campaign results & highlighting key trends.
  • Leasing with the commercial team for any reporting deliverables, working on post-campaign-reports, sending weekly updates to clients where required.

You will be working with some of the biggest brands in the Kids and Family space. You will be based in our London office and work closely with the team in Los Angeles.

The successful candidate will enjoy interacting with different stakeholders (client, commercial, channel managers), be able to adapt to and manage new tasks as they arise, as well as juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and meticulous attention to detail. They will be a team player as well as being able to handle tasks independently and take the opportunity to self-learn. This is a demanding and fast-paced role with growth potential that requires curiosity and significant initiative.

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience of media/marketing; roles in advertising operations, digital marketing, or analytics is a plus.
  • Confidence with using excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience of working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other advertising platforms.
  • Advanced data analysis skills.
  • Advanced understanding of YouTube campaign management.
  • Advanced understanding in the YouTube Analytics platform
