As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to four Irdeto Leadership Team (ILT) members (CFO, CMO, CTO & SVP Connected Transport). This full-time role is based in Hoofddorp and requires a pro-active team player with outstanding communication and technical skills, strong attention to detail with the upmost understanding of confidentiality.
Your mission at Irdeto:
Professional primary point of contact for the executives you are supporting.
Interfaces with all Irdeto senior management, and management at the shareholder company (Multichoice Group) including their assistants, as well as with the external contacts at our customers, suppliers and partners of the leadership team members you support.
Time/calendar management. Proactively manage complex calendar priorities and day to day schedules in such a way that the Leadership Team (ILT) members are able to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way.
Coordinate communication between the Senior Leadership Team members, other management, staff and shareholder management.
All travel arrangements, visas, proper documentation, and related expense reports.
Maintain files (paper and electronic) and online pages if needed.
Organize, prepare, minute various senior management meetings and follow up actions.
Research/assemble information to facilitate decisions and provide materials in preparation for meetings when requested.
Support drafting weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and presentations when requested.
Provide backup to other executive assistants are on leave who also provide cover for this position.

Ideally you have 8+ years’ experience in a management support role, including 3+ years at an executive level.
You are proactive, diplomatic and have a confident personality.
Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
Strikes polite assertiveness in order to get things done from senior management & others in the company
You are an expert when it comes to relevant MS Office applications (Such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Excellent level of verbal and written English; additional languages are considered as a plus.
Experience in a global environment, including flexibility to be available out of normal office hours.
Able to work independently and without instructions, i.e. look for work rather than wait for it to be given.
