About the Role
IMAX is looking for an Assistant to join our growing Marketing team. You’ll assist in admin tasks for the APAC marketing team across all markets. We’re looking for someone who can communicate in Japanese with our partners in Japan and in English for other territories. If this sounds exciting, this could be the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Process, track, and follow-up on invoices throughout the department
Approve, distribute, and track film and brand assets
Assist in the external approval process by drafting summary email
Create marketing summary documents
Various administrative tasks for the department as needed
What You’ll Need:
1+ years’ experience in an administrative role
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Concur experience a plus
