About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Production Specialist of Digital Media to join the IMAX Creative team. This role is considered a technical role that is responsible for managing all media including AV and Static assets through different workflows and providing white glove service and support for all internal and external business partners we support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot issues of media availability and perform activities related to the maintenance and testing of digital workflows of media management in Adstream and Kantata

  • Support production managers, editors, designers, production artist, project managers, and business partners who request content or assets for use or re-use

  • Proactively monitor and manage assets within our eco system to ensure consistency across our different platforms of distribution or archiving

  • Stay current with file-based technologies including cameras, software, server storage, and computer networking, etc.

  • Receive, evaluate, QC, and archive all Marketing materials including materials from AV shoots and determining the most efficient file-based workflows for ingest, archival, and distribution

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and provide support with maintenance and structure of IMAX Creative server, DAM platform and Project Management tool

  • Collaborate with Production and Operations Manager to improve delivery of materials by identifying problem areas in Adstream and Kantata and providing solutions

  • Manage excel spreadsheets/grids with formulas for requests, asset tracking, delivery, and record logs for our Creative Brand Campaigns

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Entertainment industry and/or Creative, Advertising, Creative Marketing Agency managing creative assets

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in marketing/creative, or related field

  • Experience working across several creative asset types: print, static, motion, and AV

  • Experience trafficking marketing assets on a global scale

  • Experience with Project Management Tools, Kantata or similar task-oriented PM tools

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, social media; with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
