The Role
This role will be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of HR administration of our busy London office. Working closely in all areas of the People team, this is a great role to learn about all aspects of HR and take ownership of projects such as company inductions and co-ordinating training and community outreach events.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts and liaise with new starters on pre-boarding, including Right to Work checks.
  • Maintain and update UK payroll, liaise with 3rd party.
  • Ensure all correct employee data is captured accurately and recorded at all times in the HR platform
  • Co-ordination of company induction events - 6 weekly events for all new staff inductions and weekly “first day” on-boarding events
  • Co-ordination with IT teams and speakers to present at induction events
  • Liaison and support with managers and employees for policies or other employment related queries eg employment benefits
  • Employee benefits administration
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports from providers or from HR platform
  • Preparation and updating of company organisation charts
  • Manage end of Probation by liaising with Line managers, updating the HR System and preparing letters
  • Preparation of ad hoc employee letters such as references, salary increases, promotions, etc
