This is a 12 month maternity cover based in our London office

The Role

Project manager needed to support fast paced global Experiences team on projects of varied size, scope, and scale from the earliest stages of creative development through production and operation of all over the world.  The project manager is the day-to-day point of contact for certain licensees of large and small scale entertainment experiences with a focus on family entertainment centers, appearance programs, pop up events and theme park experiences based on the Moonbug property portfolio.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines and reviews as well as the coordination of approvals, clearances and other activities across multi-functional teams.  The project manager will develop, maintain, and socialise individual project plans while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to schedule.  Post opening, the project manager will oversee quality assurance. This role requires excellent organisational and timeline management skills and keen attention to detail to execute and oversee a diverse range of events to the highest standard. 


  • Prioritize multiple event projects at one time, balancing multiple demand and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead all aspects of ongoing location-based entertainment live event projects including planning, scheduling and design
  • Support the development process including figuring out project key dates, tracking project updates, reporting and enforcement of contractual provisions
  • Establish project plans in collaboration with licensee to understand tasks, deliverables, planned resources and schedules
  • Conduct site visits, production inspections and grand opening supervision to ensure brand consistency, best in class production, fabrication and installation and real time decision making and licensee support
  • Build and disseminate case studies on Experiences to be used as global sales tool
  • Create and manage internal process and systems to track schedules and activities


  • Interest, understanding & knowledge of current location based experiences landscape
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional organisational, work prioritisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on-brand and brief within challenging timescales
  • Experienced financial and budget management skills with expected oversight of ongoing project expense budgets and vendor management
  • Be prepared to demonstrate examples of when you have managed & communicated project timelines & milestones with wider project teams
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility


  • 2-4 years’ experience in Production/Project Management
  • Ability to influence peers and communicate clearly and concisely
  • Experience multitasking and managing various projects simultaneously
  • Experience in brand marketing a plus
  • Ability to problem-solve within a high pressure environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office and presentation software required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and interest in travel Previous experience in LBE
