We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in finance and finance operations, specifically with a strong focus on procurement, vendor onboarding and related workflows. As a Finance and Finance Operations Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our procurement and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal financial performance. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our organization's Procure to Pay operations and vendor management strategies.
Main Purpose of Role:
Collects and interprets purchasing, invoicing, payments, and vendor data. Conducts comprehensive analysis of existing processes, workflows, and related financial operations, identifying areas for improvement, automation, and streamlining.
Uses Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and statistics to find areas of opportunity and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Support ad hoc queries from WNS / Treasury when required
What You’ll Do:
Collects and interprets PTP data (including Concur, Esker, and SAP) to help Endeavor take actionable steps to improve P2P performance and meet goals
Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
Analyze financial data, including payment terms, pricing structures, discounts, and contract terms.
Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into vendor performance, cost optimization opportunities, and financial risks.
Establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization
Support a culture of continuous improvement in control and cost in Finance transactional services
Help define and implement KPIs and performance measures associated with the PTP process.
Participate in regular cross-business operational leadership meetings at which overall process performance, escalated issues and major change requests are managed.
Provide input for process improvements based on knowledge of third-party capabilities aligned with Endeavor business requirements
Review and sign off on our BPO Partner’s (WNS) data where required.
Work closely with WNS to identify areas of improvement, reorganizational alignment, and automation opportunities
You Have These:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
At least four years’ experience as an analyst in an established organization
Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and vendor management practices.
Proficiency in analysing financial data, generating reports, and utilizing data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills
Report writing and presentation skills
Experience with analytics work in Esker and SAP or equivalent systems
Desired but not essential – experience working on Automation initiatives
