We are excited to say that we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, passionate, and skilled Content Editor to design, write and publish Help Page articles for our customers in English.
The Help Pages are an essential function empowering our customers to resolve their issues quickly and effectively through engaging and effective content.
The successful candidate will enjoy managing content in a variety of languages over several regions of the DAZN brand and will be at a native level of written language in English.
Reporting into the CS Tech Senior Program Manager, the role will include working closely with the Product and Tech teams as well as the wide Customer Services Department to research and design self-service content as well as writing and managing the articles and structure within the CMS tool.
As our new Content editor – knowledgebase, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Centrally manage all customer facing help articles and FAQs across all regions:
Research and design content
Work closely with CS teams and training
use customer engagement reports to identify gaps/areas for improvement.
Share knowledge with the Chatbot designer
Write helpful, engaging, digestible content in English.
Edit HTML where needed.
Publish and unpublish content according to business programs/needs.
Design and manage the structure of the categories and articles.
Maintaining the highest standard of self-service materials and the most frictionless customer journeys
Use reporting and analytics to assess the performance of these materials and make changes/improvements based on the data.
Set and report on KPIs to wider business.
