As our Solution Architect, you will be part of a dynamic team; you will have a vital role in understanding business needs and designing solutions to meet those needs, collaborating with other technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
A big part of your role will be assessing the current software systems in place to identify areas needing improvement with a focus on allowing data to flow between systems and is readily available.
You will be working on an existing suite of applications, including Service Now, MS Dynamics, Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint and how we can integrate with our Finance system - Oracle ERP, and our HR system - Oracle HCM.
This is an excellent opportunity to shape the organisation’s application roadmap. You will work with the Business Analyst and System managers to translate business requirements into a system design, ensuring that we maximise the use of our current systems when upgrading or changing our systems to support strategic business initiatives.

You will be working in the System & Services Strategy Team, which manages and support several employee-focused systems. You will also manage a team of system administrators.
This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

As our new Solutions Architect, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Ensure that DAZN’s system architectures are documented in a clear, comprehensive, concise and non-contradictory way
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of DAZN’s technologies and systems and their alternatives.
Deliver system architectures that lend themselves to efficient realisation.
Analyse customer requirements and existing system architecture.
Review technical project and non-project documentation.
Find solutions for complex technical problems.
Continually researching the current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
Present the technical design to our key business stakeholders and be able to present it to a non-technical team
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
· Strong foundation in common technology stacks and their integration options, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
· Sound technical ability to be able to document and present system architecture
· Strategic and tactical thinking, finding solutions to technical problems
· data governance and data management experience
· API and Microservices
· Experience working with Service Now, MS Dynamics, Jira & Confluence, ScheduALL. Power BI & SharePoint
· Presentation skills
· Being Proactive, enthusiastic and committed to delivering solutions that clients love.
· Ability to self-research and identify best practices from industry sources
Even better if you have:
Broadcast industry experience and understanding of broadcast systems/technologies
Knowledge of ticketing system – Service Now or JIRA
