Alle capacità di gestione tecnica della messa in onda è necessaria un’ottima capacità di gestione dello stress dimostrando una buona propensione a lavorare sotto pressione.
Altre caratteristiche richieste sono sicuramente il mantenimento di un’alta soglia d’attenzione e di concentrazione e una proattività nell’imparare anche autonomamente la gestione delle casistiche che incontrerà durante il suo percorso.
