Due to an increasing portfolio of rights acquisitions, an opportunity has arisen for a Junior Integrations Manager who will be required to manage the collection and distribution of live sports data, streaming and betting feeds to a substantial customer base.
IMG ARENA are looking for a candidate who deeply cares about the customers of their platforms and who can reduce integration lead time and champion the customer’s needs back to the product and development groups to enhance the workflow. You’ll also be a key point of contact for our support and operations teams and will be able to resolve technical problems in a timely, efficient, and creative manner.
Reports to: Support and Integrations Director
Location: Chiswick, London
Position Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of integrating new customers onto our sports data platforms
- Explaining the technical element of the Integration to clients
- Finding ways to streamline the Integration Process and therefore reduce the lead time
- Monitoring customers use and advising them of ways in which they can optimize
- Taking common customer problems and turning them into product requirements
- Assisting our Support teams with customer queries along
- Working with large sports federations to ensure our collection of sports data meets our incredibly high standards
- Supporting the product and development teams with new feature releases
- Working with third parties and feed suppliers to enhance workflows and processes.
- UAT Testing
- An understanding of web application architecture
- Previous working experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web sockets would be useful
- Assisting Integration Managers with any Ad-Hoc items
Candidate Profile:
- Experience dealing in either b2b customer support, operations, or integrations
- Experience of dealing with large scale b2b customer support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Approachable and a strong communicator
- Ability to be flexible to handle client meetings from all around the world
- Technical understanding of stylesheets and repos is desirable
- Passion for sport is desirable
