Avid is hiring a Territory Account Manager for professional Broadcast Media and Entertainment technology.

About Avid: Avid is a leading player in the professional Media and Entertainment technology market, specializing in video and audio solutions. We are looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Middle East Region. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with large end-user accounts and resellers throughout the assigned countries, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Meet Quarterly Quotas: Proactively work towards and consistently meet quarterly sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of the territory.

·       Cultivate Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Solution Recommendations: Recommend Avid product and service solutions tailored to meet customers' specific objectives and needs.

·       Pricing and Quotations: Provide accurate price quotations based on negotiated pricing with key accounts and direct customers.

·       Account Management: Establish effective working relationships across all levels within assigned accounts, keeping them informed about relevant products, services, and corporate information.

·       Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by developing leads and expanding existing accounts.

·       Collaborate across multiple teams: Collaborate with Presales, products team to offer technical product information and demonstrations to customers.

·       Reseller Collaboration: Work closely with reseller sales personnel on developing sales opportunities.

·       Channel Alignment: Ensure alignment with channel partners to meet territory objectives by collaborating with the partner management team.

·       Territory Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans, conduct business reviews, and provide timely forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.

·       Product Launch Support: Support new product launches within the territory and assigned accounts.

·       Account Visits: Regularly visit accounts independently or with established reseller partners.

·       Account Expansion: Expand and develop existing key accounts while negotiating contracts with targeted new accounts.

·       Account Management Plans: Develop Tactical Account Strategies (TAS) and account management plans for top accounts.

·       Marketing Collaboration: Work with the field marketing team to jointly create territory marketing plans to achieve sales and product objectives.

·       Travel: Expect up to 50%  travel within the territory to meet customers, attend meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications - Education & Experience:

·       Educational Background: University  degree is required.

·       Industry Experience: Experience in the Software/Technology/Media/Entertainment industries is desirable.

·       Energetic and Motivated: We are looking for candidates with high energy levels and self-motivation.

·       Sales Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge in sales pipeline development and the effective use of a value-based sales process.

·       Excellent Communication: Strong customer-facing skills, including exceptional presentation and oral/written communication abilities.

·       Professional Demeanor: Maintain a polished, professional demeanor when representing the company.

·       Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across all functional levels within multifaceted organizations.

·       Technical Aptitude: Be comfortable with complex solutions sales and engaging in technical discussions.

·       CRM Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM platforms.

·       MS Office Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Language: Arabic and English fluency.
