Position Overview
The Dubbing Coordinator is a pivotal and versatile member of the English Dubbing team – a driving force behind talent onboarding, scheduling, contract verification and session bookkeeping. Dubbing Coordinators are paired with Producers to accurately and efficiently execute multiple projects in various stages of production across multiple facility locations.
Primary Responsibilities
Support your assigned Dubbing Producer; Coordinate various production tasks and fulfill project requirements across multiple titles simultaneously.
Oversee voice performer onboarding and assist with session scheduling and agency communications where needed.
Prepare and track: NDAs, auditions, talent casting offers, union and non-union performer agreements, contractor agreements, Taft Hartleys and session timecards.
Ensure all contract assignments are properly executed, delivered and archived.
Assist in organizing final project cast lists, contract inventories and dub cards.
Coordinate asset movements between team members, crew and creatives.
Accurately track weekly performer and crew hours, assist with providing invoicing instructions and verification.
Exhibit a high-level of efficiency and professionalism when communicating with performers, agencies, clients and crew.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years working in either localization, production and/or post production.
Preferred 1 year experience working specifically in the English Dubbing space.
Thorough understanding of localization and production workflows, standards/technologies.
Understanding of technical audio post production workflows and specifications a plus.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience handling sensitive documents and employee onboarding.
Understanding of SAG performer agreements, guidelines and best practices.
Strong attention to detail, data and budgets.
Self-starter, problem-solver; team-player.
Exceptional organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
Competency in spreadsheet software and e-sign platforms (Office, GSuite, Adobe etc.).
This is not a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will be required to spend time on-site working closely with their assigned Dubbing Producer, often attending recording sessions, mix reviews and interacting with creative, admin and production teams across our studios in Hollywood, Culver City and Burbank.

This role is based in Los Angeles, California and the base pay range for this role is $8,000 - $55,120 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
