Support the Team in crafting the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking UI direction for Sky’s products, ensuring it’s in line with wider product and brand strategy and constantly breaking new ground.
Demonstrate a knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UI and technology trends.
Help to maintain an efficient design delivery process, through regular clear communication with delivery teams and consistently delivering to schedule
Be a leading force on the creation, evolution and maintenance of sports design systems over multiple platforms.
Collaborate with design and development teams in order to create new experiences and evolve patterns.
Work cross-functionally with UX to user test both flows and new UI designs. Analyse data and review designs appropriately
Work with partner groups both within and outside the Design team at product owner, and senior manager level.
You have a systems-first approach and a background in delivering durable solutions that can scale effectively.
You obsess over UI details, but you are also comfortable zooming out, seeing the bigger picture, and connecting the dots to create a cohesive overall experience.
You are familiar with both web and native mobile design patterns on Android and iOS, and you have experience to support this.
You have a solid understanding of visual and user centred design, and how design can meet brand, business and strategic objectives.
You have experience in Interaction and motion design.
You have experience collaborating with UX Research to create high-fidelity prototypes for the development and testing of user experiences.
You’re passionate about inclusive design, and consider all our users from the start of your process.
Proficient with the latest tools and software such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong background in capturing business requirements and translating sometimes contending business objectives into designs which meet customer needs.
While front-end experience is not required, having a deep understanding of how to seamlessly execute handover to tech at pace is crucial.
