Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Implementation Engineer to join our team! As a Senior Analytics Implementation Engineer, you will plan and track analytics across multiple business areas at Sky. You will be responsible for working with business stakeholders for understanding tagging requirements, designing the solution, and communicating to developers for implementation. You will be responsible for data collection accuracy after the implementation is complete and communicate back to the business stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Help manage tagging across Sky’s digital journeys, using data layer, Adobe Launch and SDKs.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand tagging and analytics requirements and ensure that solutions meet those requirements.
  • Provide detailed analytics tagging instructions to platform developers, work closely with them during implementation phase and test the tracking solution using debugging tools.
  • Manage critical projects and work in an agile environment involving multiple teams.
  • Estimate the project size and efforts and prioritise the work stack in the team basis criticality of the projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation via Adobe Launch, knowledge of data layer and an interest in the wider Adobe Experience Cloud involving APIs, Launch extensions, etc.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in Javascript and other web technologies (HTML, CSS)
  • Knowledge of ETL solutions/tools
  • Knowledge of marketing tags and personalisation tools
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, working closely with technology, product, and data analysis teams.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player, good time-management skills, ready to work in an agile environment.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
