IMG Arena is the premium provider of official sports content services to the digital media and betting industries. We have close partnerships with international sports federations and associations including the ATP and PGA Tour. Due to several exciting rights acquisitions, a talented Senior UX/UI Designer is required to assist the wider Product Team in the conceptualisation and delivery of best in breed digital products.

Requirements

This position requires a talented Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in Product Design, and a thorough understanding of the role the User Experience plays in creating an immersive, and engaging experience for media publishers and bookmakers alike.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in designing engaging world-class digital products that strengthen customer engagement and drive a commercial return for stakeholders. Key requirements of the role include:

• Responsible for Product Design and innovation of key sports within the IMG portfolio.
• Ensuring the UX/UI is representative of the product vision and supports the scalable B2B approach.
• Demonstrate best-in-class user experience to deliver engaging digital experiences.  
• Demonstrate a forensic level of detail across all areas of your work.
• Present creative solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
• Support the professional growth of other designers.
• Enhance the knowledge base of the wider team through sharing of experience, digital trends, tools and techniques. 

Candidate Profile:

• A talented and passionate Senior UX/UI Designer with 4+ years of industry experience. 
• Strong understanding and experience working in the Product Design lifecycle. 
• Experienced in designing products across multiple devices and platforms. 
• Able to solve complex design problems in a measured and creative way.
• Solid experience in all industry-standard design software including interaction design.  
• Effective time management skills, including experience in balancing multiple sports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working within a cross-functional team. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience within the betting industry and motion graphics is an advantage.
