New Light Films, a division of Art & Commerce, is an advertising film and photo campaign production company.

We are looking for a Billing Assistant, who will perform the following duties at New Light Films and Art and Commerce:

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Processing and follow-up of expenses and invoices

• Creating expense reports
• Creation of accounts payable
• Miscellaneous accounting requests
• Liaison between our freelancers and our accounting department

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

• Background in Accounting.
• Self-motivated
• Autonomous
• Rigorous
• Organized
• Multi-skilled
•  Fluent English
•  At ease with Adobe and office software
• Knowledge of the production sector is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Permanent Position.
• The location is Paris, France.
