JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated senior Channel Sales Manager for USA & North/South America markets. Candidate will create and support new sales partners in the area.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new channel sales partners in USA & North/South America
- Proactively develop sales strategies and tactics to increase brand value in USA & North/South America
- Develop value add distributor, reseller, system integrator relationships in the territories
- Create and maintain KPIs of sales partners related to sales revenue, marketing efforts and support
- Monitor and support sales channel conflict, if any, and online reseller prices and selling methods to ensure brand integrity and product loyalty
- Create and monitor market data related to competing brands, prices and competitor analysis
- Create sales product training materials and conduct sales training sessions via video conferencing and chat platforms
- Generate biweekly written sales activity reports and data points to share with Director of Global Sales
- Maintain sales and revenue targets
- Travel to meet partners, organize and manage tradeshows and co-op sales efforts.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years as technical sales manager or business development manager
- Experience and knowledge of pro AV cameras and broadcast video standards and devices
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, able to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; proven ability to think big and influence
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
- Understanding of livestreaming ecosystem
- Familiarity with broadcast video and audio standards
- Experience with CRM, NetSuite ERP, email campaign platforms
