Position: Non Channel 4 Role: 4PP Production Placement

Following our panel session on DE&I in post-production (link) earlier this year in collaboration with Emma Butt. Creative Diversity have devised a programme that will help elevate and develop post-production talent to improve representation and equity within the sector. Emma Butt’s report on DE&I in post-production can be found here. Creative Diversity are offering career development opportunities for 5 mid- senior level post-production craft and technical talent. This will involve bespoke skills gap training, shadowing and placements over a six-month period supported by 4Skills Successful applicants will be mentored by Emma Butt and other leading industry professionals.
