Job Description

Based out of our Production and Content centre in Chiswick, you will be part of an established production management team, reporting into our Director – Production and Content. You will be responsible for all aspects of Production Management for all projects, working closely with the Executive and Senior Producers to plan effectively all aspects of our deliverables including our key UEFA and FA contracts. You will benefit from being part of a team contributing to an inclusive and supportive working environment. Gravity Media is following government guidance regarding working from home during the pandemic, however it is not possible to guarantee working from home permanently for those unable to commute, therefore it is essential you can commute to Chiswick and to outside broadcasts when required.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Acting as primary point of contact for clients, staff, suppliers, and tournaments organisers.
Cost tracking, forecasting and ensuring running budgets are always up to date
Requotes, new quotes and invoicing for existing projects
Crewing large scale projects
Providing onsite production management support for some but not all projects.
Ensuring Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments are completed and distributed
Overall responsibility for making sure all aspects of production management are successfully planned and executed for each project, with support from the production coordinator and assistant.

Experience

Essential
Demonstration of previous experience of most of the duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description.
Previous experience as a Television Production Manager, however experienced Production Coordinators with a strong background in studio based programming and outside broadcast facilities would also be considered.
Good list of contacts and freelancers across all elements of the production process.
A proactive, logical, and systematic approach to problem solving – the ability to ‘trouble shoot’.
Previous mentoring experience of Production Coordinators and Assistants.
Desirable
Direct report line Management experience.
